Hi just got my new device but having syn hdmi prob works great direct into TV but running through the avr blue screen tried changing res no luck al my other devices work fine running roku4 etc but your device i can not get it to syn new cables reboot power all off waited 1 min rebooted etc any help would be appropriated thank you
