Hi guys, I have just bought a Brand new X9S, after the initial setup up I have connected my 8tb HDD via a dock and USB and the box doesn't see it at all, If I take it out of the dock and plug it in via the SATA cable all is fine and is seen no problem. Any ideas? I'm sure it has to be something simple. Also, are there any benefits to rooting this box, should I do it/shall I leave it as it is?
