Remote Issue

I’ve got a Zidoo Z9X Pro directly connected to a LG C1. Until recently I’ve been using the LG remote to control everything. It used to be able to skip to percentage with the number keys, scroll wheel would skip chapters, etc. Pressing the “…” button on the LG remote would bring up a screen where I could click menu, and access the Zidoo menu, but it no longer does any of that. Clicking menu after pressing the … button would bring up video information.

I have no idea what the issue is. Anyone...
