Hello i cannot get the Samsung t7 external ssd drive connected to the usb otg port detected and add any of its file to the library and recognized by the dmpA8 although it is formatted in ntfs and there is only one folder named Music with music files organized by iTunes. Could you please help me. Has this to do with the fact that the drive gets its power from the usbc3 on the unit? Does the usb port work only with some external drives? If so which?
