How to connect with avr ??

Hello, i have my new Eversolo dmp a6 and i want to connect it with my denon avr..
Which is better connection? Hdmi, rca or optical? Can i connect it with 2 connections simultaneously?? Hdmi and rca both? How to get the best sound ?
