which hdd for zidoo z20 pro?

hi everyone, I just bought the zidoo z20 pro, using it to watch movies in bluray full (4k UHD-HDR10) and mkv 4k hdr .x265 of 20/30 gb size, is it ok to insert a hdd Seagate BarraCuda 4TB 256MB SATA 5400 rpm (ST4000DM004) in it? or risk that it doesn't reproduce the movies optimally? is it better to take a 7200 rpm? or would i waste my money buying a 7200 rpm hd?
(I don't need more than 4tb because it often deletes movies after watching them)
