Connect A6 to integrated amp via RCA

Hi guys,

I've ordered an A6.

I intended to connect it to my integrated amp via RCA out from the A6.
I believe you need to set the A6 to volume bypass so that the integrated amp controls volume.

Is there any issue in doing this?
From reading around the Internet, I get the impression this is not the ideal way to connect the A6.
