Z10 Pro sudden issue

I'm desperate and angry at the same time. Suddenly the z10 pro plays my 4K movies in 480p and stutters. 1080p films are played normally. I've had the player for 2 years now and have never changed anything except the firmware updates. Has anyone had a similar problem? Or does anyone know a solution?
Other HDMI cables didn't help either.
