Eversolo problem with ripping some of my CDs

I have ripped some of my CDs without any problem, but 20 procent of the cds I've been having some problems with. Sometimes the ripping starts, the bar is on screen but it stays at 0% and then it lands on the CD ripper screen with a button at the bottom saying "Restart". Other times when starting ripping (bar still on 0%) the screen turns black.
Is there anyone who has experienced the same thing? And is there a solution?
