Zidoo 9X Pro remote control

Hello everyone,

I don't know if this is the right part of the forum to ask this, but the backlight of my remote control doesn't work anymore all of a sudden. It happened during a movie one minute it worked and the next it didn't. Everything else on the remote works fine. Is there a way to fix this? Can I reset the remote control or anything?

This is pretty bad when watching a movie in the dark, I can't see anything on the remote control.
