Volume Level using XLR/RCA Output Port is dramatically lower than Analog RCA

Does anyone else know a fix for this or have the same experience?

When I change Output Port from Analog RCA to XLR/RCA the volume level reduces significantly.

I would like to use both XLR and RCA. XLR is going to subs and RCA is going to amplifiers running the main speakers.
