Getting a error popup "activation information"

I did the 1.2.4 update a few days ago with no problem. I had my zidoo x9 off for the last two days as I was watching dvd's on my blu ray player and the share the same connection to the tv. today I hooked it back to the tv and turned it on. I am getting a popup that says.
